Surveys with a multi-screen in-app

Usually, you can only show one in-app message during a session. With the multiscreen in-app message editor, you can show one message with multiple screens depending on the button the user has clicked.

You can build great surveys and product recommendations or update user preferences.

Let's have a look at an NPS survey, for example. 

You build the first screen with the buttons. The scores you might want in the user profile so you can re-target the users with special campaigns based on their rating.

1. Navigate to the multiscreen editor
2. Create a new in-app message with the ten buttons for the rating
3. When adding the buttons, ensure that you will add a custom attribute name and a button name that will be stored in braze.
4. In the multiscreen editor, you can now see all ten buttons have a new path
5. Either pull numbers together that shall go to the same follow-up message 
6. Or add a follow-up message to each number. You can follow up with a feedback form. That feedback will be stored in braze as well. 

åCustom attribute name and custom button name are important to store the data correctly in braze.

Choose your follow-up messages. You can also combine your buttons so multiple buttons lead to one message.
